At Enrych we believe that every adult with a disability should be able to choose how they live and be empowered to realise the choices they make.
Our mission is to work collaboratively to eliminate social isolation and improve wellbeing for adults living with disability.

Our values are trust, respect, integrity and transparency and we take a person-centred approach to everything we do.
Our History
Established 35 years ago by Leonard Cheshire and Sue Ryder, Enrych Buckinghamshire continues to seek new and innovative ways to empower those we serve to engage and achieve their personal, social goals. To help them do this, we also work in the community and in partnership with like-minded organisations.
