Enrych Buckinghamshire is delighted to announce that Roger Jefcoate CBE DL has accepted the role of Patron of our charity.


Roger Jefcoate is widely recognised for his lifelong commitment to improving opportunities, independence, and quality of life for disabled people across the UK. His leadership, philanthropy, and innovative work in assistive technology have transformed countless lives, and his values deeply align with Enrych’s mission of enabling adults with disabilities to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.


As Patron, Roger will support Enrych Buckinghamshire in championing inclusion, widening community engagement, and strengthening the visibility of our work. His guidance and advocacy will play a key role as we continue to expand our services and empower more individuals throughout the county.


We are honoured to welcome Roger Jefcoate CBE DL to the Enrych family and look forward to the inspiration and expertise he will bring.

We are a small charity supporting adults with a physical disability across Oxfordshire. For over 30 years Enrych's core service has been to pair our members (who are all adults with disabilities) with a volunteer partner so that they are able to access leisure and learning activities of their choice.​ Having Enrych support enhances the life of a person with a disability who is (or is at risk of becoming) isolated and helps them to become/stay integrated into their local community. This support helps prevent the isolation that often comes with a disability and also helps avoid or overcome issues of low esteem, lack of motivation, confidence and depression.
